Founded in 2023 by Ian Santus, Establishing Operations was designed to help speed up the growth and learning of organizations that were yet to experience some of these hard lessons. Through countless opportunities to help others build a business, evaluate a market for a new ABA program, or understand the complexities of insurance regulation, Establishing Operations has moved to a fully supportive and inclusive model of learning incorporating the science of ABA and OBM.

Ian Santus is a highly experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 20 years of practice in applied behavior analysis, focusing primarily on autism and other developmental disabilities. Throughout his career, Ian has worked in various states, occupying positions ranging from direct care to overseeing multi-state company operations. He possesses exceptional expertise in clinical quality, leadership, training, mentorship, and organizational behavior management.
What sets Ian apart is his unwavering dedication to clinical quality, process efficiency, and mentorship, all fostered through the establishment of strong relationships. He has been recognized for his expertise through numerous publications, including works on the application of Acceptance And Commitment Therapy to leadership, interdisciplinary assessment, and clinical decision support systems. Furthermore, Ian has also served as an expert witness in legal cases involving the application of applied behavior analysis for individuals diagnosed with autism.
